1. We only collect data where the customer has supplied the necessary information to either purchase online or via electronic payment.
2. Once the data has been used by Berry Fresh Bakery to dispatch for delivery or receive payment for goods it is then deleted from our records.
3. Data is stored for as long as it takes for goods to be despatched and payment cleared.
4. We never pass on any data for marketing purposes or indeed use such information for our own marketing purposes.
5. We will share data with the courier company we use to deliver our products 
6. We will not share any of your data outside of the UK & NI
7. You have the right to request access to, change, restrict or erase any of your personal information that is held whilst we are processing your order.
8. You also have the right to file a grievance and can do so through gov.uk/data-protection
9. Other than the details set out in point 5 above we will only pass on your personal data if you specifically request we do it in writing or via email.
