Red Onion Chutney

A customer asked for red onion chutney instead of our popular red onion marmalade one day, and this is the result. It has a longer shelf life and the texture of a chutney. The balsamic gives depth to the combination of the onions and the apples. A very versatile chutney that goes with most cheeses, meets pies and savouries.
